How to Use

• Select the red Viton / FKM sprayer for compatible low-pH, acidic, or solvent-based chemicals.
• Select the blue EDPM sprayer for compatible high-pH or alkaline chemicals.
• Apply the correct product label before filling each bottle.
• Add water first when preparing a dilution, then add chemical using the bottle’s fill markers.
• Thread the trigger sprayer onto the 28/400 bottle neck until snug without overtightening.
• Adjust the nozzle from fine mist to stream based on the product and application.

Chemical Compatibility & Care

• The red and blue sprayers use different seal materials and are intended for different chemical families. Choose the configuration according to the chemical being used.
• Always confirm material compatibility with the chemical manufacturer or SDS before long-term storage, especially with aggressive solvents or concentrated chemicals.
• Rinse the sprayer with clean water after use to help extend service life.
• Rinse the bottle and sprayer thoroughly before switching to a different chemical.
• Store upright away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
• Use appropriate PPE for the chemical being handled.
