A 12‑month program for D‑Tail Lab customers who want access to D‑Club purchasing benefits.

CAD $99 for 12 months

Your first paid membership includes a one‑time CAD $99 store credit after your business account is activated. Paid renewals do not include another credit.

How the program works

Use your customer account

Sign in or create an account with the same email address linked to your past and future D‑Tail Lab purchases.

Purchase the membership

Your annual term begins when the CAD $99 membership order is paid. Creating an account alone does not activate membership or pricing.

Receive your first credit

After the first paid membership, your individual business access is activated and a one‑time CAD $99 store credit is issued.

Renewal after 12 months

D‑Club pricing continues when eligible purchases from the previous rolling 12 months reach CAD $1,000.

Important: Membership is valid for 12 months from the paid activation date. The membership fee and gift cards do not count toward the CAD $1,000 threshold. Calculations include paid, non‑cancelled purchases, net of refunds.

Benefits - Up to 30%

  • 10% off eligible D‑Club products;
  • Additional 10% off the regular price when purchasing 6 or more units of the exact same product / variant;
  • Spend CAD $2,000 or more in eligible products in the same order and enter code DCLUB2000 at checkout to receive an additional 10% off eligible products.
  • Individual B2B access linked to your customer account.

Renewal rules

  • We review eligible purchases from the previous 12 months approximately 30 days before expiry.
  • CAD $1,000 or more: renewal is extended free for another 12 months.
  • Less than CAD $1,000: a CAD $99 renewal is required.
  • Renewal payments never generate another CAD $99 store credit.
D‑Club $2,000+ discount code: Enter DCLUB2000 at checkout. This code is reserved for active D‑Club members and applies when the eligible product subtotal reaches CAD $2,000 or more. Excluded products do not count toward the eligible subtotal.
Exclusions: KRYTEX, TERMINAX, Merchandising, ARSENAL, gift cards and the D‑Club membership product are excluded from D‑Club pricing and qualification calculations.
