1. Program operator
The D-Tail Lab Order Updates program is operated by Laboratoire D-Tail, doing business as D-Tail Lab (“D-Tail Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 200 Chemin Saint-François-Xavier, Suite 114D, Delson, Quebec J5B 1Y1, Canada.
2. Program description
D-Tail Lab Order Updates is a transactional text-message program delivered by SMS and, where available, by RCS (Rich Communication Services). After you provide express consent, we may send automated messages concerning your D-Tail Lab orders, including order confirmations, fulfillment and shipping notices, tracking updates, delivery updates, delay notices, and pickup notifications.
When RCS is available and supported by your device and wireless carrier, messages are delivered over the RCS channel; otherwise, they are delivered over SMS. This program does not include advertising, promotions, or other marketing messages. Any marketing program requires separate consent.
3. Enrollment and consent
Where the SMS option is offered, you enroll by entering your mobile number and actively selecting the optional checkbox, which is unchecked by default, before checkout. Participation is voluntary, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and authorize D-Tail Lab to send automated transactional messages to that number by SMS and, where available, RCS. If your number changes or is reassigned, reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or contact us using the details below.

Message frequency varies according to your order activity and delivery status.
5. Message and data charges
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
6. Opt-out, re-enrollment, and help
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the program.
- Reply START to re-enroll after opting out.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
You may also contact order@dtaillab.com or call +1 866 384-4422. These keywords work on both SMS and RCS. Opting out does not cancel an order or close your customer account.
7. Availability and carriers
The program is currently intended for supported Canadian and United States mobile numbers. Messages are delivered by RCS where available, with SMS as the fallback channel. Availability depends on participating wireless carriers and compatible devices. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We use mobile information to operate the transactional SMS and RCS messaging program and provide order updates. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is processed by Twilio, Google and participating wireless carriers only to provide and deliver the messaging service. For more information, review our Privacy Policy.
9. Program changes or termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or these terms. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
