What We Look For in a Reseller
The Reseller Program is primarily designed for established businesses with a qualified physical retail point of sale that purchase D-Tail Lab products for resale to their own customers. Businesses may also sell online. Established ecommerce-only retailers may be considered exceptionally on a case-by-case basis. All applications are reviewed and program terms are confirmed at approval.

Once approved, simply sign in to your D-Tail Lab account whenever you visit our site to access your business portal, reseller pricing, eligible products and ordering tools. You can then order and restock directly through your business account.

Who can apply to the reseller program?
Detailing shops, car-care and detailing stores, auto-parts and accessories stores, specialty automotive retailers and other established businesses with a qualified physical retail point of sale may apply. Established ecommerce-only retailers may also be considered on an exceptional, case-by-case basis. If you are a professional buying products primarily for your own use rather than resale, the D-Club program may be the better fit.
What are the order minimums?
Reseller orders start at $2,500 CAD. MOQ per product: multiples of 6 for 500 mL formats and accessories, and multiples of 4 for 4 L formats. Terms are subject to approval and product eligibility.
When do I receive wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing and ordering details are shared with you once your application is approved by our team.
Where do orders ship from?
We manufacture and fulfil from our facility in Delson, Quebec, with pickup available. Shipping options are confirmed with your order.
I run a distribution company, not a store. Is there a different program?
Yes. Established distributors with sales representatives, warehousing and their own routes should apply to the distributor program instead.
How long does the review take?
Most applications are reviewed within approximately 72 hours. Complete business information helps us review your application and contact you without unnecessary delays.
