Submit a claim in three steps

Enter the D-TAIL LAB order, invoice, or POS receipt number and the account email.

Provide supporting documents

Upload the applicable invoice or receipt and enter the eligible product quantities.

Receive the review result

D-TAIL LAB verifies the claim and applies approved store credit to the customer account.
