Flujo de trabajo sugerido
- Ruedas y neumáticos: rocíe ORION con ACME 2.0 ; agite con cepillos para ruedas y neumáticos; enjuague.
- Prelavado: Aplique ROGUE para eliminar la película de la carretera; enjuague.
- Descon: use PURGE RTU en la pintura y las ruedas para eliminar el hierro y los residuos; enjuague bien.
- Lavado de contacto + Arcilla: Lavar con ORIGIN usando el guante ; integrar la almohadilla de arcilla sintética durante este paso según sea necesario; enjuagar.
- Seco: Después de las etapas de descontaminación/lavado, seque con la toalla de secado de 1600 GSM ; los toques finales con la toalla sin bordes de 420 GSM .
- Vidrio: Termine el vidrio exterior/interior usando NEAT-O .
- Interior: Limpie plásticos, vinilos y telas ligeras con MAVERICK (primero pruebe en una zona pequeña).
- Neumáticos: Cubra con Rubbert McTire utilizando el aplicador de microfibra .
Consejos de etiquetado y configuración
Utilice las 8 botellas de HDPE 28/400 con gatillo rojo de alto rendimiento para sus productos químicos más utilizados. Coloque las 5 etiquetas de 10 mm para una identificación clara (nombre del producto, dilución y fecha de mezcla).
- Siga siempre las instrucciones del producto y pruébelo en un área poco visible.
- Guarde los productos químicos en un lugar fresco y seco y mantenga los recipientes sellados cuando no estén en uso.
- EPP recomendado: guantes, protección ocular y ventilación adecuada.

Products seem to work pretty good. The microfibres leave lint EVERYWHERE. And I cannot find instructions to use the ACME 2.0 so haven’t used it yet.
