28-400 White Smooth-Top Fine-Ribbed Cap — F-217 Liner (Glued) for HDPE Carafe Bottles
This 28-400 white cap features a smooth top with fine-ribbed sidewalls for better grip and a factory-glued F-217 foam liner that helps create a reliable seal on compatible HDPE carafe bottles. Ideal for water-based and many detailing chemicals, transport, and storage.
Fill: Fill your 1 L HDPE bottle leaving headspace (avoid overfill).
Cap: Place the cap squarely; turn clockwise until snug hand-tight (do not over-torque).
Check seal: Invert the bottle briefly over a sink to verify no leaks.
Label: Apply an appropriate product label for contents and dilution.
Swap for use: When dispensing frequently, replace cap with the trigger sprayer; re-cap for transport/storage.
Notes: Always confirm chemical compatibility with F-217 foam liners and HDPE. Not child-resistant. Store upright, away from heat/sunlight, and keep out of reach of children.
