Installation & safety

  1. Unplug the tool and allow it to cool fully.
  2. Open the housing, disconnect the existing leads, and note polarity/terminations.
  3. Seat the strain-relief, attach the new cord leads, reassemble, and test before use.

Care tips

  • Coil loosely after each job; avoid tight bends near the tool end.
  • Keep the cord off hot panels and moving parts while polishing.
